At Sweet Piedmont Academy, we offer thoughtfully designed digital resources to support flower farmers in building sustainable, aligned businesses. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.
General Policy for Digital Product
Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital product delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on digital products, including but not limited to worksheets, templates, ebooks, workbooks, toolkits, and courses, unless otherwise stated on the product page or listed below as an exception (like the Revenue Streams Compass™ Course!)
Once access to a digital product has been granted, it cannot be revoked. For this reason, we encourage you to review product descriptions, previews, and included materials carefully prior to purchase.
Customer Support & Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase or believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at hello@sweetpiedmontacademy.com. We will work with you promptly to resolve access or billing issues.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us within 48 hours for review and resolution.
Consumer Protection
This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. If a product is defective or materially fails to perform as described, please contact hello@sweetpiedmontacademy.com, and we will address the issue in a timely manner.
Revenue Streams Compass™ Course Refund Policy
The Revenue Streams Compass™ Course is the sole exception to the general digital products policy.

To request a refund, participants must demonstrate full engagement with the course. Refund requests must include a brief written explanation along with a completed Logbook and course tools showing that the material was worked through and applied in good faith.
Refund requests submitted within the 30-day window that meet these requirements will be honored. Requests that do not include evidence of completion and participation are not eligible for a refund.
